The sulfuric contact chamber model is a fiberglass chemistry teaching model, with a cross-sectional structure that clearly displays key components such as the air inlet, heat exchanger, frame plate, and flower plate. Students can visually observe the catalytic oxidation process of SO ₂ → SO ∝, understand the heat recovery of the reaction, and control the conversion rate. The model is lightweight and drop resistant, and can be directly placed on the podium or experimental platform. It can be used in conjunction with sulfuric acid industry posters to achieve an integrated classroom of "watching, speaking, and asking". It is the core demonstration equipment for high school chemical sulfuric acid industry units.
