An electric centrifuge is a teaching tool used in chemical experiments to separate mixtures. It consists of a motor, a rotating rotor, a control panel, and a safety cover. Through high-speed rotation, it generates centrifugal force to separate suspended particles from the liquid. In teaching, a centrifuge tube containing a mixture is symmetrically placed into the rotor, the speed and time are set, and centrifugal force is used to cause high-density particles to settle to the bottom of the tube, separating the supernatant from the sediment.
